Fluidmaster, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of toilet cistern parts and accessories, today announced its new European management team and organizational structure. Commercial, operational and financial organizations are brought together within Fluidmaster Europe. This new structure, effective immediately, follows the acquisition of WISA BV earlier this week and the recent strategic additions of Key Teknik (Turkey), Kolektor LIV and Schwab sanitary branch (Slovenia), Opella Ltd. and CMI Distribution Ltd. (United Kingdom).

Mark Grosfeld, General Manager of WISA BV, will lead the Sales and Marketing activities on the European continent, reporting to Todd Talbot, President of Fluidmaster. Mike Fuqua, formerly General Manager of Fluidmaster UK, will now lead manufacturing operations in Europe, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Chip Boyles, previously Vice President Finance and Controller for Fluidmaster, will lead the administrative organization in Europe, Turkey and the United Kingdom. All will be stationed at WISA in Arnhem, Fluidmaster's new European Headquarters.
